I would like to inquire whether the IDC database is open to researchers from China.

IDC contains public, freely available de-identified imaging collections that are distributed under non-restrictive licenses. IDC does not impose any additional constraints beyond those outlined in the licenses.

Thank you very much for the clarification. This is very helpful.

We greatly appreciate IDC’s open and inclusive policy. The reason for my specific inquiry is that we have previously encountered access restrictions from within China when trying to use the Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA).
