# IDC Office Hours are being replaced by meetings on request

We are introducing a new, hopefully more streamlined mechanism for seeking individualized help with IDC.

In place of IDC Office Hours, which have been taking place at fixed times weekly, you can now request a 1-on-1 support session with an IDC team member by filling out this short form (which is linked off the landing pages of the IDC Portal and IDC documentation): **[https://tinyurl.com/idc-help-request](https://tinyurl.com/idc-help-request)**.

IDC Office Hours will continue through the end of the month.
