OHIF v2 viewer
For years now we have been maintaining both a fork of the deprecated OHIF v2, and the modern OHIF v3, while working to add missing features to v3. At this point, we do not believe there are any major features missing in v3, which has been the primary viewer used in IDC portal. Over the course of this month we will remove v2 link-outs from IDC Portal, will eliminate the capability to generate OHIF v2 links in idc-index (which will percolate into IDC skill/MCP), and will automatically redirect/rewrite any OHIF v2 URLs to OHIF v3.
IDC REST API v2
IDC REST API v3 (see IDC AI assistant interfaces and REST API updates) should cover all of the user needs while improving efficiency and expanding capabilities of IDC REST API. Given limited adoption of IDC REST API v2, and the various risks and costs associated with its continuing use, we will be shutting down this endpoint. IDC REST API users should switch to v3 following the guidance in https://learn.canceridc.dev/rest-api/api.
