TCIA manifest for the IDC cohorts

In one of the earlier postings, the question was raised if the user should be given an option to create a *.tcia manifest file. I like the idea. The structure of the *.tcia manifest file that is used by the NBIA data retriever to download data from TCIA is simple.
All it takes is this:
